  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply (will be shown at checkout).

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.

🚫 Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or if the customer refuses delivery:

  • We will contact you to confirm the address or issue.

  • Reshipping charges may apply.
