You are eligible for a refund if:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
You raise a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
The return is approved by our support team after proper verification.

Order number
Reason for refund
Photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, you will be guided to return the item to our warehouse. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
đ° Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5â7 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (based on your preference).

Product is returned without original tags or packaging
Product is used, worn, or washed
Item is customized or personalized
